Dial-up Number Changes

IMPORTANT: Internet Dial-up Number Changes.

Dear Valued Customer,

You may be aware that Green ISP have been making a number of key improvements to both the
dialup and broadband services over the course of the past few months.

Part of this upgrade is the introduction of our new dialup platform, built for the continued reliability
and resilience of the service for our customers.

To benefit from these upgrades we will require you to amend the number you use to dialup to our
service, this simple number change will mean that you will be able to benefit from the fast access service
our new platform provides.

Please find below the numbers you should change to - if the number you currently dial is not listed you
should not change your dial-up number, 0845 Pay as you Go is not effected.

If you currently dial 08089909010 or 08089909880 you should now dial 08089916178.

If you currently dial 08089909011 or 08089909881 you should now dial 08089916179.

If you currently dial 08089909012 or 08089909882 you should now dial 08089916182.

If you currently dial 08089909013 or 08089909883 you should now dial 08089916183.

If you currently dial 08089909014 or 08089909884 you should now dial 08089916180.

If you currently dial 08089909015 or 08089909885 you should now dial 08089916181.

If you currently dial 08089909012 for an 'Unlimited 64k' service you should now dial 08089916184.

If you currently dial 08089909015 for an 'Unlimited 128k' service you should now dial 08089916185.
